Acceptable Use Policy / EULA

1. Permitted use

Use TrackItMData for its purpose — managing and analysing your own or your team's motorsport data and weekend logistics — in line with the Terms of Service. Don't use it to build a competing product or in any unlawful way.

2. Only upload data you're entitled to

You must have the right to upload what you upload. This includes timing sheets / TSL PDFs, telemetry (RaceLogic/AIM), onboard video, car setups, documents (tickets, credentials, passes, hotel confirmations), and any names or personal details of drivers, crew or guests. Where you upload another person's personal data (e.g. a guest attendee, or footage of a driver), you confirm you have a lawful basis and, where required, their awareness/consent. Do not upload passports, national-ID documents or dates of birth — the platform is not designed to hold them.

3. Prohibited content & conduct

• Unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing or harmful content.
• Content you don't have the rights to, or that breaches someone's privacy or IP.
• Malware, or attempts to disrupt, overload or degrade the service.
• Scraping, bulk extraction, or accessing data of accounts you don't belong to.

4. No security circumvention

Don't probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service without our written permission; don't bypass authentication, rate limits, entitlement/consent gates, or access controls; don't use another user's account. Report vulnerabilities responsibly to [DPO/PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].

5. Enforcement

Breaches may result in content removal, and suspension or termination of access (see the Terms). We may preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect the platform and its users.
