Terms of Service
The agreement for using TrackItMData.
A&C Digital Ltd ("we") operates TrackItMData. This page describes how we handle personal data across this site and the app. Bracketed items are company-registration details still being finalised.
1. Acceptance & eligibility
By creating an account or using TrackItMData you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. You must be old enough to enter a contract [MINIMUM AGE — TO CONFIRM] and authorised to act for any team you set up. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Accounts & invite-only access
The service is a closed beta, invite-only: you need a valid invite code to sign up. You're responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Team roles determine what members can see and do. Keep your details accurate.
3. Acceptable use
Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy — including only uploading data you're entitled to.
4. Intellectual property
The service, its software, design and content are owned by A&C Digital Ltd and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service per these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works except as allowed by law.
5. Your data & the licence we need
You (or your team) retain ownership of the data and files you upload ("Your Content"). You grant A&C Digital Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the service to you (e.g. storing files, computing analytics, and — only if you opt in — sending content to an AI provider). You confirm you have the rights to upload Your Content (see Acceptable Use). We handle personal data per the Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability & changes
This is beta software provided on an "as is" / "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and perform maintenance, without liability where reasonable.
7. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. Analytics and AI outputs are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors; do not rely on them as the sole basis for safety-critical or competition decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A&C Digital Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, profit or goodwill; our total liability is limited to [LIABILITY CAP — TO CONFIRM]. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time via the Privacy Center. Provisions that by nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction [CONFIRM].
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change. Material changes will be notified in-app.
